Private Channel Programming

There is usually no need to program private channels with a UHF CB.

However, where a private channel is required, Vertex Standard VX-556 can be programmed (extra charges apply) to have a private programmed UHF (450 MHz - 520 MHz) frequency. Note: Radiotronics charges for the programming and ACMA charges for the licensed channel. Avoid where possible.
